Apple Valley Condos - The Pines of Apple Valley

We are located at Apple Valley Lake, in Howard, Ohio, next to the beautiful Apple Valley Golf Course!

We offer Condominium units for:  Nightly, Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal Rental.

About Our Condos:

- Each Condo can accommodate a Maximum of Six Guests. 

- All Condos have 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Kitchen with all necessary items, and A Large Living room with 50" TV and high speed WiFi.

- Pets are allowed if crated.  $35 per night, per pet.  Maximum two pets per unit.  Pet are NOT allowed on Couches, Chairs or Beds.

- Absolutely NO Smoking inside.  $500 fine for smoking inside unites.  Smoking outside is fine...please leave butts in outside grills.

- Each Condos has an 10' x 20' private attached deck.   April - October, decks have dining table and six chairs.

Apple Valley Guest Passes!  Now available for $50 (for 4 night or less stay).  They give you access to the Apple Valley's Indoor and Outdoor Pool Facilities, All Three Apple Valley Beaches (Davis, Sutton and King Beaches), as well as the Bennett Park Fishing Pond.
